I have listed a new property at 651 Higgins Road in St. Gilbert. See details here

Consider this as one of the best deals on PEI at the moment. At entry leveling pricing and so much room to grow, this 11.31 acres property offers a little extra. This crafty one room home offers great lighting and views. A poured slab with a wood flooring, propane cook stove, fridge, washer, wood stove and a heat pump included. Located less than ten minutes to Wellington Centre, on a corner lot with approximately 3 acres cleared, this land offers perfect expansion ideas and growth to your own desires in St Gilbert. There are some various fruit trees and grapes planted, a place for a garden and the list is endless. Nice treed lot to explore and all of this in a quiet setting and with a few nice beaches close by to explore. (id:2493)
